Parsley

The most popular herb that does not get the credit it deserves.  This garnish gives food a fresh flavor and is packed with vitamin C & K, calcium and iron.  It has three times as much calcium as oranges and twice as much iron as spinach!

Eggplant

 

The eggplant is actually a fruit that is botanically classified as a berry.  They not only feature a number of vitamins, proteins, and minerals, but also contain important antioxidants.  The potassium in eggplants brings a balance in salt intake and maintains a nice level of hydration.

Cauliflower

A great source for vitamin C, B6, and folate.  Broccoli and Cauliflower are two veggies that are a flower, so the next time you want to surprise your better half with a bouquet of flowers, just bring them a Maoz Sandwich filled with our Broccoli & Cauliflower Salad.
