Cilantro

 

Cilantro is a great way to add flavor to any dish and it also has many health benefits.  It has been used to help remove heavy metals and toxic agents from the body.  You can find cilantro in many of our salads and sauces including chickpea salad, carrot salad, babaganoush, beet salad, and our famous falafel.

Green Chili Pepper

Green chilies are a great source of vitamin C, B6, A and iron.  The true benefit is the capsaicin, the active chemical which gives them their heat and has numerous health benefits including pain relief from inflammations, clearing congested lungs, and to warm cold feet.
