Corn

There are over 3,500 uses for corn, but probably the best way to enjoy is in our Corn & Mushroom and Corn Salads.  Corn is a rich source of vitamins A, B, E and minerals, and it can aid in controlling diabetes and lowering hypertension.

Lettuce

The average American consumes about 30 lbs of lettuce each year, making it the second most popular fresh vegetable (falling just short behind the potato).  Your body will thank you as this leafy vegetable is packed with vitamin A, K, C, folate, manganese and chromium.

Beet

Originally used for medicinal purposes by the Greeks and Romans since they are a great source for iron, vitamins A & C, folic acid and calcium.  Beets are a "blood-building" herb that detoxifies the blood, enriches it with minerals and natural sugars.
