Shift Supervisor
Union Square Quick-serve restaurant is looking for an experienced day Shift Supervisor who is driven, passionate and result-oriented with a dedication to meeting to the strictest standards in food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.
Requirements include:
- 2-3 years consistent quick-serve experience
- Positive attitude, lots of energy and a self starter.
- Believes in teamwork in a fun and energetic environment
- Be able to effectively control the flow of service
- While working mostly FOH, must be willing to learn BOH to be better understand flow and to pitch in if needed.
- Knowledge of the restaurant operations in areas of hygiene, food and drink quality, scheduling, catering, and inventory.
- Ability to input and access information in management systems/computers. Prior POS experience a must.
This Full-time position requires 5 days per week with a flexible schedule that will comprise of a combination of weekdays and weekends. Position is available immediately.
